Outdoor Banners

Marketing

The Problem

The outdoor banners were unnoticeable to drivers, and we needed to update the outdoor banners because our logo had changed. We needed to create brand new logos to attract more attention to our store.

The Solution

Designed two banners; one with more information about store hours, social media, and contact information. The other banner had our gym equipment product images along with with eye-popping text.

Once we installed both of these banners (5 ft x 16 ft, and 5 ft x 8 ft) outside of our shop, we had an increase in visiting customers, so our weekly revenue had increased by 20%.

Our Final Two Banners

Former Outdoor Banners

We went through several iterations of the designs for the banners, to make sure it was the best solution for both us and our customers.

It was our plan to increase the sizes of the banners (one large one on one side of the fence, and another large one on the other fence.

Iteration 1

We realized some things that needed to be fixed:

  • Since everything was in one column, and was clustered together, it would be hard for the drivers to read the important information quickly.

There were some imperfections:

  • The text didn’t have any excitement

  • We also wanted to promote our CrossFit Barbell

Iteration 2

We wanted two more components modified:

  • We wanted the Open Daily box to be by itself, to be more noticeable.

  • We wanted to change the background color to not be white, to make it more noticeable

Almost all of it was good to go, but just needed to make the Vesta Logo bigger to make sure drivers could easily read our brand.
