Hey, I’m Cassandra!

I am so ecstatic about the field of Product, and User Experience (UX)! 😊  

After graduating from my undergrad degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering (Information Systems) from USC, I started my first full-time job at a tech consulting firm.  After many years of redesigning training modules based on system change requests, working on requirements gathering, quality assurance testing, and implementing rollouts to the client’s many work offices, I sought to find a new industry in which I would still be able to use my strong work experience, along with a fun, new twist. 

I purchased online courses (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning) and the first UX Design course that I took, captivated me!  I then finished the remaining UX Research/Design courses that I had purchased, then bought/read a UX book recommended by UX bloggers, and once I felt that I had a solid foundation, I then worked on and completed UX Research/Design projects for two clients, in addition to a single case study.

Now, I am very excited to continue my career in Product Design [UX Strategist], while including my strengths in satisfying the end user for the clients’ business goals!
